If you are planning a party, special event, wedding, or funeral there are some specific steps that must be taken in order to secure a space at Pomona Christian Church.
The church’s facilities were provided through God’s benevolence and by the sacrificial generosity of church members. The church desires that its facilities be used for the fellowship of the Body of Christ and to bring God glory. With that in mind, Pomona Christian Church has the right to decline any rental request depending on the nature of the event.
We have created a simple process depending on the type of event you are desiring:
- Fill out the "Building Rental Request Form"
- You will be contacted by our Facilities Team to discuss details.
- Accept and Finalize Pomona Christian's Building Rental Guidelines and all appropriate fees.
All events must be scheduled at least 3 weeks in advance.
All event rentals include 1 hour total for prep/clean up.
No events may be held on Saturdays after 4pm.
All Sunday events cannot begin until 1pm or after.
Events that take place on a Sunday may be eligible for a 25% off discount.
All events have a minimum deposit of $50.
Birthday Party: 4 hours total maximum. 3 hour event, 1 hour prep/clean up. Lobby, Kitchen, Gym included.
Wedding/Baby Shower: 3 hours total maximum. 2 hour event, 1 hour prep/clean up. Lobby and Kitchen included.
Graduation Party: 3 hours total maximum. 2 hour event, 1 hour prep/clean up. Lobby and Kitchen included.
Funeral/Celebration Of Life: Subject to available calendar dates. Please note below if you would like to request a minister from Pomona Christian to oversee the funeral service.
Wedding: Subject to available calendar dates. Please note below if you would like to request a minister from Pomona Christian to oversee the wedding ceremony.
Sports Practice: 2 hours total maximum. Includes the gym.
Other: This option is for all other types of events.
